The documents in this Short Census (on-line) are a list of medieval manuscripts around the world that contain evidence to show that medieval scholars knew and used the De inventione of Cicero and the Anonymous Rhetorica ad Herennium.

These manuscripts also in many cases actually contain those two texts, or one of them. There is an introduction also that discusses this sort of evidence.
