During the tests, the subjects were filmed simultaneously from the rear and the side to provide distinct angles of observation. After the tests, the video footage was observed and double-checked to identify and count all attempts to touch the mark in both treatments (transparent and black marks). The behaviour of the subject during touching was also identified and recorded. The video footage of both views (rear and side) was synchronised for each treatment and subject using the free DaVinci Resolve 18 software.
